Spreads and Sauces

  • 4 tbsp hummus (garlic or original)
  • 4 tbsp tzatziki
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce

Vegetables and Toppings

  • lettuce (washed and chopped, quantity to preference)
  • 1/3 cup tomato (chopped)
  • 1/3 cup cucumber (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup Pepperoncini peppers (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup Feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Spread the base layers: Spread a thin layer of hummus evenly over each lavash bread. Next, add a thin layer of tzatziki on top of the hummus. Adjust chili sauce over the spreads based on preferred spice level.
  2. Add protein: Place cooked and cubed chicken and smashed falafel in vertical lines along the lavash breads.
  3. Add vegetables and cheese: Top each wrap with chopped lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, kalamata olives, Pepperoncini peppers, and crumbled Feta cheese as desired.
  4. Roll and wrap: Starting from one side, tightly roll the lavash so the toppings line up vertically. Wrap the rolled wraps tightly in foil to hold their shape.
  5. Serve: To eat, peel the foil gradually from the top as you enjoy the wrap. Serve immediately.
