  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (cut into quarters)
  • 1 small red onion (finely chopped)
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds

For the Dressing:

  • 2 fresh limes (juiced)
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, black beans, corn, jalapeno, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and pumpkin seeds.
