Instructions

- Form patties: Shape the mixture into 8 equal patties or 12-16 mini patties for more crispy edges.
- Optional dredging: Coat patties with extra breadcrumbs for crispiness.
- Fry patties: Pan-fry patties in olive oil until golden brown on both sides.
- Prepare sauce: Mix dill mustard, Dijon mustard, and honey in a bowl.
