  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tbsp ghee (or neutral cooking oil)
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened milk powder
  • Unsalted pistachios (sliced) for garnish
  • Unsalted almonds (thinly sliced) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook Carrots: Heat a pan, add grated carrots, and cook until no longer raw.
  2. Add Flavorings: Stir in cardamom powder, sugar, and milk. Cook until milk evaporates.
  3. Add Ghee: Increase heat, add ghee, and fry carrots until they release oil.
  4. Finish: Remove from heat, mix in milk powder, cover, and let steam. Garnish with almonds and pistachios.
