Description
This Pizza Monkey Bread is a fun and delicious twist on traditional pizza. Biscuit dough or pizza dough is mixed with cheese, pepperoni, and seasonings, then baked into a savory pull-apart bread perfect for sharing.

Bread:
- 2 cans (16 oz each) Refrigerated Biscuits, like Pillsbury Grand, or 2 lbs of pizza dough
Cheese Mix:
- 1 cup freshly grated mozzarella
- 1 cup freshly grated provolone
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
Additional Ingredients:
- 6 ounces pepperoni (thinly sliced)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Marinara Sauce
- Fresh Basil
- Additional Grated Parmesan
- Red Pepper Flakes
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 10-inch Bundt pan with cooking spray.
- Cut dough: Cut the biscuit dough rounds into quarters. If using pizza dough, cut it into thick 2-inch chunks.
- Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the biscuit dough pieces, three cheeses, pepperoni, garlic, Italian seasoning, and melted butter. Mix until well blended.
- Bake: Scoop the mixture into the prepared bundt pan, bake uncovered for 20 minutes, then cover with foil and bake an additional 15-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Finish and serve: Turn the bread out onto a plate, invert onto a platter, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with Parmesan, red pepper flakes, and basil. Serve warm with marinara sauce.
