Instructions

- Combine Cheeses: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded sharp cheddar cheese and shredded Monterey Jack cheese evenly for a balanced flavor and melt.
- Add Jalapeños and Seasonings: Add the diced jalapeños (with seeds removed to reduce heat), garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the cheese mixture. Stir thoroughly to incorporate all ingredients well.
- Form Cheese Mounds: Using a tablespoon, scoop small mounds of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Space each mound generously as they will spread during baking.
