Ingredients
Fresh Cheese Tortellini:
20-24 ounces
Basil Pesto:
1 cup
Cherry Tomatoes (sliced in half):

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, add the tortellini and cook for 1 and 1/2 minutes. Be careful not to overcook the pasta.
- Drain the pasta and rinse under cold water until cool.
- Transfer the drained tortellini to a large bowl.
- Add the pesto, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and red onion to the bowl.
- Toss everything together to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
