For the Ribs:
- 3 lb baby back ribs
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mix the Rib Rub: In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, salt, smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Prepare the Ribs: Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
