Instructions
- Melt White Chocolate: Melt the white chocolate chips using a double boiler or microwave until smooth and creamy. Stir occasionally to ensure even melting without burning.
- Combine Ingredients and Form Balls: In a mixing bowl, blend the roasted almond slivers, roasted sunflower seeds, and rice crispy cereal thoroughly. Pour the melted white chocolate over the mixture and stir gently to coat evenly. Using an ice cream scoop or your hands, form the mixture into bite-sized balls. Place them spaced out on parchment paper and refrigerate until firm, about 15-20 minutes.
