Sandwich:
- 2 ciabatta rolls

Instructions
- Make Pistachio Pesto: Combine basil, pistachios, and garlic in a food processor; pulse until finely chopped. Slowly add olive oil while blending. Add Parmesan cheese and blend. Season with salt and pepper.
