- 2 cups Folgers® Classic Roast, brewed (refrigerated)
Frozen Dairy-Free Milk:
- 2 cups dairy-free milk of choice (frozen)
Cashew Butter Blend:
- 2 Tbsp cashew butter
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup pecan halves
Coffee Creamer:
- 1/2 cup Silk® Almond Coffee Creamer
Optional Topping:
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Brew Coffee: Prepare 2 cups of Folgers® Classic Roast coffee and refrigerate.
- Freeze Milk: Freeze 2 cups of dairy-free milk of choice until solid.
- Prepare Cashew Butter Blend: In a blender, combine 2 Tbsp cashew butter, 2 Tbsp maple syrup, and 1/4 cup pecan halves.
- Blend Ingredients: Add the coffee creamer, refrigerated coffee, and frozen milk to the blender.
- Blend & Serve: Blend until smooth, pour into glasses, and top with cinnamon if desired.
