Instructions

- Combine ingredients in blender: Add the chopped beetroot, apple, blueberries, and grated ginger into the blender jar.
- Add water: Pour 300ml of water into the blender to aid blending and achieve a smooth texture.
- Blend until smooth: Blitz all ingredients in the blender until the mixture is smooth and well combined, ensuring no chunks remain.
