These Hawaiian Roll Turkey and Cheese Sliders are a delightful twist on the classic slider, featuring savory turkey, caramelized mushrooms and onions, and gooey provolone cheese sandwiched between sweet Hawaiian rolls. Perfect for a quick and tasty meal or party appetizer!

Mushroom and Onion Mixture:
- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 white onion, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Mustard Aioli:
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. dijon mustard
Sliders:
- 12 oz. deli turkey meat
- 12 oz. Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 6 slices provolone cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a 9×13 pan with foil or parchment paper.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and onions, season with salt, and cook until caramelized.
- Mix dijon mustard and mayonnaise in a bowl to make aioli.
- Cut Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise, spread mustard aioli on the bottom layer.
- Layer turkey, mushroom and onion mixture, and provolone cheese on the buns.
- Top with the other half of the buns, bake for 13-16 minutes until cheese melts and buns are golden brown.
- Spread remaining butter over hot sliders.
