  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

For the Sauce:

  • 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1/3 cup honey

For Garnish:

  • Thinly sliced green onion

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large pan. Slice chicken breast in half lengthwise. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Cook chicken in the pan until golden brown and nearly cooked through. Set aside.
  3. Make the Sauce: Melt remaining butter, add garlic, cook until fragrant. Deglaze the pan with soy sauce and vinegar. Add honey, pepper, and salt. Simmer until slightly thickened.
