Instructions
- Toast the Bread: Heat a pan over medium heat and toast both sides of each of the 2 slices of rye bread until golden and crisp. Remove from the pan and set aside on a plate.
- Cook the Eggs: Using the same pan, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and heat briefly. Crack the 2 large eggs separately into the pan and cook them sunny side up for about 3 minutes, or until the whites are set but yolks remain runny, adjusting cook time to your preference.
