- 2 1/2 to 3 cups unsalted chicken stock
- 1 Tbsp chicken base

- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional:
- 3 Tbsp heavy cream
Instructions
- Melt Butter: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add flour and cook until lightly golden brown, about 3 minutes.
- Add Stock: While whisking, slowly pour in chicken stock. Stir in chicken base, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Simmer: Bring mixture to a light simmer, stirring constantly.
- Adjust Consistency: Thin with up to 1/2 cup more broth as needed.
- Finish and Serve: Stir in heavy cream if desired for a creamier gravy. Serve warm.
