Instructions
- For the Crust – Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie pan with nonstick baking spray. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugars, salt, and cinnamon. Mix in melted butter. Press mixture into pan and bake for 12 minutes.
- For the Key Lime Filling – Whisk together eggs, sour cream, lime zest, sweetened condensed milk, ginger, and salt. Slowly add lime juice and flour. Pour over crust and bake for 30 minutes. Cool, refrigerate for 6 hours, then serve topped with whipped cream.
