For the Pasta:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 6–8 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 cups bite-size broccoli florets
- 16 oz. uncooked penne pasta
- 32 oz. vegetable broth
- 2 cups heavy cream
- Kosher salt

- 8 oz. freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
For Serving:

Instructions
- Turn on Sauté Function: Turn Instant Pot to the sauté function and add olive oil.
- Sauté Aromatics: Sauté minced garlic, oregano, and garlic powder with salt and pepper for a minute. Stir frequently.
- Add Broccoli: Add a splash of broth to deglaze the pan if needed. Add broccoli.
- Add Pasta and Liquid: Add pasta, remaining broth, and heavy cream with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Cook: Seal the Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
- Release Pressure: Use the quick-release vent and let the steam out.
- Rest: Remove the lid, let it sit for 3 minutes.
- Finish: Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy!
