Bell Peppers:
- 6 large bell peppers
Stuffing:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion (diced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 14 ounces ground beef
- 1 3/4 cups cooked rice
- 14 ounces canned tomatoes (diced)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 1/4 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 190C/375F.
- Prepare Peppers: Cut off the tops from peppers, clean the insides, and set aside.
- Cook Filling: In a skillet, saute onions and garlic, then add ground beef, rice, seasonings, and tomatoes. Cook until boiling.
- Fill Peppers: Scoop the mixture into the peppers, filling them to the top.
- Air Fry: Place the filled peppers in the air fryer basket and air fry for 15 minutes. Add shredded cheese and air fry for another two minutes until melted.
